Define Your Character

Learning Objective:Describe your own character in terms of character qualities.

Definitions:the personal qualities and features that guide our decisions, tell of the kind of person we are, and keeps us steady in a life of compromising tremors. Character:to know ourselves better, learning about ourselves. Self-discovery
Video Debriefing If your friends, family and teachers were asked to describe your character, what would they say?They would say that I'm quiet,mysterious,shy,kind,unique,and smart.In the video she would describe me as shy,quiet,and mysterious.

Discuss & Reflect Who would you say is a "person of character?" What positive character qualities does this person posses? What choices has this person made in the past that illustrate character? My best friend would be a guy of character.He is very kind,funny,generous,helpful,awesome,and LOVING.He has had problems but has done lots of things to make things right.

Get Go Ask your friends, family and teachers, how they would describe your character. Do their responses match with what you thought they would say?

Long Term Goal

1)In education my goal is to pass all my classes to graduate from high school and attend Phoenix University or Arizona state university.

2)In a relationship i would want to be able to have it strong and serious

3)My goal for my character is to stop looking at myself in negative ways and doubting myself.

4)My other goal is to be successful in life and make my family proud.

S-I want to attend Arizona State University
M-My goal is to attend ASU after i graduate in 2011
A-I will have to get a good grade on SAT to attend that college
R-Study hard to do good on SAT
T-I would have to meet my goal by seeing how I do on the SAT
